We ship worldwide! We'll ship anywhere that Canada Post delivers.
Currently we ship via Canada Post.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and by destination. To determine the shipping costs for your order, add the items you want to the shopping cart and use the ‘Estimate Shipping & Tax’ field on the right underneath the subtotal.
For more on shipping, see our Shipping & Returns page.
Orders ship within 5 business days of receiving payment.
Log in to your account, and on the left column, look for 'View Order Status.' That will bring up a list of your orders and tell you their status.
Yes, that's the only way to be able to check on your orders and most importantly, access downloadable files forever. Your account information is kept private and will not be shared or used for any purpose other than shipping your order, and contacting you if necessary.
This means we have received your order information and payment, but it hasn't been released to the distribution centre for shipping yet. Orders are released to the warehouse twice a week.
This means your order has been sent to the distribution centre to be shipped! Once the warehouse has your order information, it will be on its way to you within 2 business days.
We can't change orders in the system. If your order hasn't been released to ship, we may be able to cancel it and have you place a new, revised order!
If the status is Awaiting Fulfillment, then we can cancel it and have you place a brand new order with the changes. Contact us to take care of this for you.
If the status is Awaiting Shipment, then your order has been released to the warehouse and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Here's a link to the Sizing and Size chart page. Size information and finished garment measurements are also printed on the back of each pattern envelope.

Yes! We’ve started releasing new patterns in both printed and PDF format starting July 2014. We're also working on creating PDF versions of all existing patterns, so you'll be able to choose your preferred format.
PDF patterns are instantly downloadable as soon as you complete the checkout process. The pattern is divided into multiple files for the pattern pieces, instructions, cutting layouts, envelope information, so you only print what you need. The pattern is printable on Letter or A4 format paper. The pattern pieces will need to be assembled in tiles, a guide is provided on how to assemble the pattern and which pieces to print for each view.
Instantly! As soon as you complete checkout, you’ll get a link to download the pattern. A link will also be emailed to you in your order confirmation, and the pattern will always be there in your account, under Completed Orders.

The great part about our PDF patterns is the helpful guide indicating which pieces you need for each view. Only print the pages you need, for the view you plan to make. Saves paper, ink & time, and it’s kinder to the planet!
When you print, make sure you have the printer settings set to ‘Actual Size’ and not ‘fit to page.’ There is a Test Square provided on page one to check that the dimensions are correct. You may want to print page 1 only to ensure it’s printing at the right scale, before printing the entire pattern!
We have started offering wide-format file options to print at a copy shop starting September 2014, and we're working on updating all patterns that are currently available in PDF format to include both print-at-home tiled pattern pieces as well as the wide-format option.
Follow the included guide to assembling the pattern. There are circles to match on each piece, simply cut off the border and match the circles to assemble the pattern pieces.
Your PDF patterns will be saved forever in your account under ‘Completed Orders.’
As many times as you want! Your PDF file will be stored in your account forever and you can download and print it as many times as you need to.
Soon! We are working on creating PDF patterns for our most popular patterns. If there is a pattern you would like to see as a PDF, please let us know!
All PDF patterns are final sale. No refunds will be processed on downloadable products. Please do not share or distribute our PDF patterns.
We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Paypal. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Yes! We're happy to accept wholesale orders from both bricks-and-mortar retail stores and e-commerce websites. Check out our Wholesale page for more information, or contact us to set up a wholesale account!
